In this busy world we live in it's absolutely imperative for us to find some form of meditation or stress release where we can be one with ourselves and with the earth. We can find it in many forms... music, art, sport, it's a personal experience.
I find it in boardsports. Understanding the rhythms and movements that allow me to harness natures power and use it to dance on a board. It teaches me many lessons about myself and the world I live in, helps me direct my energies in a positive way and, most importantly, about the harmonies that exist in the world and how to look after them. One of these harmonies is in sharing my experiences with others and encouraging everyone to find their passions and follow their dreams. I express myself with the images I capture, showing the world what I see and what can be. Anything is possible when your heart, mind and spirit are truly focused.
